immediately called the office and reported that his ladder had become dislodged and fallenHe was unsure how to proceed because *** *** stated that the ladder had damaged her car and our representative stated that the ladder had not come within feet of her car when it fellTriton Exteriors advised that *** *** take her car to reputable Auto Body dealership and have them provide a repair estimate noting the damage was caused by a falling ladder*** *** supplied an Autobody estimate to Triton ExteriorsTriton Exteriors called the Auto Body dealership and asked that they forward the estimate to us with a quip stating the damage was caused by a falling ladderThe customer service representative stated that the damage was “not consistent with ladder damage” and was unable to put that in writingTriton Exteriors requested that *** *** report the damage to her insurance companyThis process would expedite and validate her claim so as to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with no out of pocket cost to her*** ***’s insurance company contacted Triton Exteriors and Triton Exteriors provided our insurance company information*** ***’s insurance company did not subrogate our insurance companyTriton Exteriors has provided *** ***’s insurance company with all requested informationIf *** ***’s insurance company felt Triton Exteriors was liable for the damage to her car they would immediately subrogate our insurance company so that *** *** would have no out of pocket cost
