Part-time Sales Rep (Ryan) quoted cabinet installations that included handles I asked for a copy of his written notes at time of presentation He said he would send an invoice which I received immediately On May 20, Installers installed approx$2k garage cabinets with no handles I stated my understanding of paying for handles to the cabinets After failing to reach his office, the installer suggested (not I) that he would deduct $off invoice until I received handles The installer wrote "Owes $when return to put handles on" DW after I asked for his written confirmation and initials so that there would be no issues with his proposal Please note, he signed off on my invoice copy and not the copy he would present to the office A few days later, John, the owner of Triton, calls me while at work and tells me "what right do you have to discount $off invoice price!" I tried to explain but he continued to be nasty and harass me, saying that no one had the rig

May 31, 2017: In response to Triton Cabinets re In all fairness to the workers who installed the cabinets, they were friendly and did decent quality work The salesman, Ryan, was also nice but in a rush to get back to Phoenix in time for dinner with his family However, this was not my experience with John the owner of Triton Who unfairly accused me of shorting him $ The $was an estimated amount provided by the Installer "DW" as noted on the copy of the attached invoice I requested handles for the bottom cabinets and not the top as I assumed I would not be accessing the higher levels as much Unfortunately, the Work Order provided to me, as the customer, does not provide detailed information relating to handles I therefore felt confident that Triton (Ryan) was delivering the product I had selected as he had provided actual displays and samples during his visit If I would have known the outcome, I would have insisted that Ryan leave a written summary of what I had requested during time of initial visit, including handle selections Apparently, there has been miscommunication about handles that I feel Triton could have handle in a more professional and ethical manner I am sure I will never use Triton for future projects nor recommend them and am concerned about dealing with Triton if I have warranty issues relating to the recently installed cabinets Please note - To prevent further stress and hassles with Triton (John) and to fulfill my obligations, I am PREPAYING the $for handles that have not been delivered to date I am confident that Revdex.com will follow through with this complaint as deemed necessary In the end, I have filed my complaint so that others can make better decisions on who they hire based on company reputation and reviews thank you

There was a misunderstanding between the customer and our salesperson regarding handles on our cabinetsHandles are not installed on 70% of cabinets we install and are not includedIn an effort to please her we offered to install handles for NO CHARGE with no additional fees what-so-everWe sent our installer out on a Saturday to do it and she turned him away because she didn't like her choices. She had still owed us $from the original job that she held backI sent her an invoice for the balance due stating that we tried to please her and she refusedWe were not coming back and that she still owed us $for the work we did and that her warranty would not be in affect until we were paid in fullShe has now paid in full.Thank you,*** ***

My explanation as to what transpired requires more than wordsI have attached it as an attachment. To summarized the complaint is not valid as the customer was not charged for handles at the time of saleNo handles were ordered nor invoicedWhen we tried to rectify the miscommunication by
giving her FREE handles installed on a Saturday, she turned my installer around again and did not let him install either of the two choices I told her I was offeringShe did not pay her balance nor have the free handles installed. She is looking for something for free and we gave it to herNow she wants more and more. Please see attached for full explanation

May 31, 2017:  In response to Triton Cabinets remarks:In all fairness to the workers who installed the cabinets, they were friendly and did decent quality work.  The salesman, Ryan, was also nice but in a rush to get back to Phoenix in time for dinner with his family.  However, this was not my experience with John the owner of Triton.   Who unfairly accused me of shorting him $100.  The $100 was an estimated amount provided by the Installer "DW" as noted on the copy of the attached invoice.     I requested handles for the bottom cabinets and not the top as I assumed I would not be accessing the higher levels as much.  Unfortunately, the Work Order provided to me, as the customer, does not provide detailed information relating to handles.  I therefore felt confident that Triton (Ryan) was delivering the product I had selected as he had provided actual displays and samples during his visit.  If I would have known the outcome, I would have insisted that Ryan leave a written summary of what I had requested during time of initial visit, including handle selections.   Apparently, there has been miscommunication about handles that I feel Triton could have handle in a more professional and ethical manner.  I am sure I will never use Triton for future projects nor recommend them and am concerned about dealing with Triton if I have warranty issues relating to the recently installed cabinets.  Please note - To prevent further stress and hassles with Triton (John) and to fulfill my obligations, I am PREPAYING the $100 for handles that have not been delivered to date.  I am confident that Revdex.com will follow through with this complaint as deemed necessary.  In the end, I have filed my complaint so that others can make better decisions on who they hire based on company reputation and reviews.     thank you.
