Customer service is non-existent. Projects led by this company are poorly planned/executed and often result in additional costs to the homeowners which they "represent."

This company attempted to enforce illegal assessment increases, but ultimately backed down when it was revealed they were in fact, illegal as allowed by California Law. Their response was to impose a HOA rate increase at the highest amount allowed by law. This increase has resulted in no additional services.
