Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 9, 2015/07/21) */ I did work at ***'s residence on the week of 4/11/which in detailed tiling two bathrooms, kitchen, and fire placeOn completion of work [redacted] and I did a walk thru and inspected all the work done by Triumph, everything was fine and I was paid in fullThe week of the 4/17/ [redacted] hired Triumph too paint his entire apartment ceilings and walls four different colors, upon completion of painting apartment [redacted] and I did another walk thru too inspect the work done by Tiumph, everything was too ***'s satisfaction and I was paid in fullSix weeks later I recieved a call from ***, I presummed that [redacted] was calling Tiumph too discuss installing door handles on his kitchen cabinets but too my suprise [redacted] showed me that the video installer he had hired removed twelve feet of baseboard, damaging the baseboard and wall along with that also showed me damage that the carpet installer did too wall and baseboard [redacted] assumed it was my responsibility too repair damage caused during installation by other contractorsI mentioned too him that he would have too pay me additional too repair all the damage done, [redacted] was unsatisfied when I discussed with him further payment, he was unwilling too pay therefor I was unwilling too do the workI guaruntee the work that is done by Tiumph, not other contractors wrong doingsI also do have pictures of the completed work done at [redacted] house by Triumph Handyman Service Thank you for your time and attention too this matter, please contact me if I can be of any further assistance Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 12, 2015/07/28) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) There are several points in the response by Triumph Handyman Services that I disagree withFirst at no time did I walk through the house with Triumph to inspect the work with him, either for the tile job or the paint jobAll of the work was done while I was at work and I can only remember times that he was still at my house when I got home from workAll of the communications and payment was done by leaving messages and checks on my dining room tableSecond the problem with the base board was not a problem cause by other contractors because the video installer completed his work prior to the work being done by Triumph on the baseboardTriumph reinstalled the baseboard and painted it after the work was done by the video installerThe problem with the baseboard was pointed out by the carpet installer before he began his workAttached is a letter from the carpet installer stating his disagreement with the response from TriumphAlso the dates are not correct and the work is not correct so he cannot even remember what he didThe agreement was for the following: Installing floor tile and tile around the fire place which was done the week of 4/ Doing carpentry work to fill in the entertainment hole over the fire place which was done the week of 4/ Painting the walls, ceiling and baseboard done the week of 4/ replacing the light fixtures in the two bathrooms, hallways and kitchen and the spackle any space left because of the difference in the shape and size of the fixtures which was complete during the paint job Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 14, 2015/08/04) */ Via email Please see attached my postion in this matter has not changed .and do not want any further correspondence thank you

paid in full. The week of the 4/17/15 [redacted] hired Triumph too paint his entire apartment ceilings and walls four different colors, upon completion of painting apartment [redacted] and I did another walk thru too inspect the work done by Tiumph, everything was too [redacted]'s satisfaction and I was paid in full. Six weeks later I recieved a call from [redacted], I presummed that [redacted] was calling Tiumph too discuss installing door handles on his kitchen cabinets but too my suprise [redacted] showed me that the video installer he had hired removed twelve feet of baseboard, damaging the baseboard and wall along with that also showed me damage that the carpet installer did too wall and baseboard. I mentioned too him that he would have too pay me additional too repair all the damage done, [redacted] was unsatisfied when I discussed with him further payment, he was unwilling too pay therefor I was unwilling too do the work. I guaruntee the work that is done by Tiumph, not other contractors wrong doings. I also do have pictures of the completed work done at [redacted] house by Triumph Handyman Service.

There are several points in the response by Triumph Handyman Services that I disagree with. First at no time did I walk through the house with Triumph to inspect the work with him, either for the tile job or the paint job. All of the work was done while I was at work and I can only remember 2 times that he was still at my house when I got home from work. All of the communications and payment was done by leaving messages and checks on my dining room table. Second the problem with the base board was not a problem cause by other contractors because the video installer completed his work prior to the work being done by Triumph on the baseboard. Triumph reinstalled the baseboard and painted it after the work was done by the video installer. The problem with the baseboard was pointed out by the carpet installer before he began his work. Attached is a letter from the carpet installer stating his disagreement with the response from Triumph. Also the dates are not correct and the work is not correct so he cannot even remember what he did. The agreement was for the following:
1 Installing floor tile and tile around the fire place which was done the week of 4/12.
2 Doing carpentry work to fill in the entertainment hole over the fire place which was done the week of 4/17.
3 Painting the walls, ceiling and baseboard done the week of 4/22.
4 replacing the light fixtures in the two bathrooms, hallways and kitchen and the spackle any space left because of the difference in the shape and size of the fixtures which was complete during the paint job.
