Triumph Protection Group

The residential community that I live in has recently changed their security service provider to Triumph Protection Group, and over the last three months the quality of our community security has severely declined in both physical presence and response time. My most recent experience was being locked out of the laundry room while my clothes were still drying. I called their contact number and there is only one person to talk to that will take your information and submit your complaint. They didn't know where the security detail was located, where they would intend to meet me, whether our not I should expect a phone call, how often they made rounds, any other contact numbers to find satisfaction for my complaint, or anything else for that matter. I made that phone call at 10pm. After no service or contact, I called again at 1030pm and the young girl who manned the answering service forwarded my information to the service detail, again. Expecting it would be faster to find a patrolling guard instead of waiting for something to happen, I drove around for 45 minutes in a complex that is about 0.5 mile by 0.5 mile and saw no guards. I called again at 11:30pm and 12:00am, and my only option for having my complaint addressed was to have the answering girl "forward my information" to an unknown location, again, to be received by an unknown person, who would do something unknown with that information. I would expect such terrible service from an airline or similar business, but considering the core competency of the security industry is to respond to dispatches I find this lack of response highly disturbing. Overall, I would strongly recommend that any principal seeking a security provider that values any level of security and satisfaction for their immediate clients should avoid Triumph Protection Group.
