TSU just received this complaint that was filed on 01/09/2015. Unfortunately, Mr. [redacted] communication was directed...
to an email address that is no longer in use. He reached out to us again after filing the complaint and we fulfilled his order at that time(see attached email showing immediate action by the agent upon receipt). I have attached a copy of the order and the FedEx tracking information showing that it was processed an delivered to him.
It is unfortunate that there was a substantial delay in TSU being notified of the complaint. Since we are currently do not hold Revdex.com membership I do understand that this can be a result. We do hope that you have received feedback from Mr. [redacted] that this has been resolved successfully. As he worked with my agent earlier this month he never mentioned the filing with the Revdex.com.
