Review: In the last 40 years I have been in business for myself and have bought three Snow Plows from TRIUS Inc in Bohemia. I purchased a new plow on 7/**/13 and accessories for that plow. When I picked up the accessories several of the boxes were opened and taped shut. I returned one part that I decided not to use. The parts department man told me that a bracket was missing when I returned it and he could not take it back. I explained that the box was opened and re-taped when I picked up the part but he was not interested. The total cost for the Snow Plow was $4204.00 and another $500.00 or so for the accessories. The disputed part returned and I left it there was $148.00 I would be glad to pay for the missing part it is a very small bracket even though I never opened the box.Desired Settlement: The part was returned I would like to get my $148.00 back and they are welcomed to deduct for the missing bracket as long as it is a reasonable amount.
