Review: I was taking 24 updates & my computer froze on the 10th update. I knew that I had 2 anti-viruses on my computer & had to take one off but I called what I thought was HP technical support. They directed me to Trius technical support. This was on the 18th of September. They promised me that they would make my computer like "brand new" after that session & convinced me that the software had to be maintained at least once a month & that unlimited tech support for a year would be $199. On the 19th of September I saw that registry issues weren't resolved by this technical support & my d drive was not defragmented so I called them to change my preference to a one time technical support for $99. They were going to refund my bank account within 3 to 5 working days. Six days later I called them. At 5:30 p.m.they said that they would call me back that night. At 11 p.m. I called them back. Technical Support was closed. They said that they would call me back between 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. the next day. At 10:37 I called them back. They said that they would call me back in 10 to 15 minutes. Twenty minutes later I called back. They said that the money would be in my account on Monday. I called them back on Monday night. They said that it would be 2 more business days before the money would appear on my bank balance. With them making so many promises it is Tuesday October 1st & I'm putting a complaint in against Trius Solution LLC in New Castle Delaware 19808.Desired Settlement: I want the $100 back in my bank account.

his PC related issue which was addressed on 17-09-2013. He called up again to

refund $100. We raised the refund request to merchant for $100 as promised to

the customer. We received intimation from gateway that the mentioned funds were

refunded to the aforesaid customer on 30-09-2013.
