I paid 65% of the job ( which amounted to $5695) to put solar water in my home in September They promised to install before the winter They have never installedThey ignore my calls, texts and emails When I do reach the salesman (Brett Butcher) he gives excuses like losing his phone I have not received services for the money paid - nothing I've asked for my money back and they've said yes - but this was weeks ago now - again - they ignore my calls and emailsI don't know how I'm supposed to get my money back
