12-month interest-free financing option. Mr. and Mrs. Lopez, for whatever reason, chose not pay off their loan in the 12 months interest-free financing time frame. It is now into the 13th month, and has not been paid off, to date. The finance company assesses interest and sometimes, penalties, if you do not pay off the loan in the time allotted. Our company has spoken to Mr. Lopez and we have made arrangements to assist him with this matter, and he has stated to us that he is fully satisfied.
