I have been a Trivita customer for about years now and have been using the Nopalea for the intermittent pain that I have in my knees from working as a nurse and on my feet for hour plus shiftsThe first time I used it was because I was unable to squat to empty a foley bag due to excruciating pain in my kneesI took about 3-ounces of it in the morning and upon returning from work in the evening and by the evening of the second day I was able to squat with minimal pain, and no pain at all by the fourth day I then began to take about ounces of it daily until one day I just decided that I was really just using it to ease my fear of having the pain return I've gone for several months with no pain at all and then I'll take it when I begin to feel an ache to to get pain relief before it becomes unbearable again In four plus years I haven't had to deal with anything greater than a or out of pain level with the occasional Nopalea It's an extremely excellent product without the side effects that you would get if taking the usual NSAIDS for joint pain The only negative I would have with Trivita is that shipping would be a lot less if they would offer the option of using *** for the Nopalea because it's a lot cheaper than ***

My review is for 5 stars. While it is true these vitamins are a little bit pricey...especially if you want to take several of them, they are very high quality and very effective. You notice a difference when you take them and usually pretty quickly. I take Co Enzyme, Essential D, Neuroshine (brian vitamin) and Vital C tablets and powder. They really work! I was taking Omega 3 as well but I had to give up something so that was the one I gave up and instead take Co-Enzyme but I might trade off between the two. I also just purchased the MyoHealth Amino Acids, I have not received them yet so I don't know but I'm excited to try them. I do wish these were more affordable but I don't want to take any others because I know how well they work. Great company, great products.
I was skeptical about the Neuroshine but after a couple/three weeks I really started to notice how much sharper I was... I really do feel brighter and more on my game when I take them.

I took about 3-4 ounces of it in the morning and upon returning from work in the evening and by the evening of the second day I was able to squat with minimal pain, and no pain at all by the fourth day. I then began to take about 3 ounces of it daily until one day I just decided that I was really just using it to ease my fear of having the pain return. In four plus years I haven't had to deal with anything greater than a 3 or 4 out of 10 pain level with the occasional Nopalea. It's an extremely excellent product without the side effects that you would get if taking the usual NSAIDS for joint pain. I have been a Trial Vita user for approx 15 years, sometimes switching to a different brand, but always going back to Tri Vita . Especially the b 12 sublingual, but like other vitamins, through trials, found what works best with my body and well-being and it's Tri-Vita.
