Trix Nail

I went in last week with my mother and grandmother (10-20-15) we got our nails done and as the week went on one of my nails popped off and another one loosened up. I went in today (10-29-15) to show them what happened and the guy that did them said that it was my fault and that it was longer than a week. Everyone in their was rude to me and didn't even offer to help.Desired SettlementI would like my nails fixed or a refund.
