HORRIBLE! DO NOT USE
Trizetto is horrific. DO NOT USE! We are a small family practice and working with Trizetto has been one of the worst experiences we've had. Our rep was NEVER responsive, nor was his manager! We contracted them in late July to get us credentialed in network with certain insurance companies. It is now February and we are STILL not credentialed with a single one. The first application they submitted for us was not sent until October and was incomplete! Of course they never told us this. So we thought they were handling things and turns out, they didn't send in another application until end of January... so now we have to wait another three months while we lose money every day! The best part? The ONLY refund they will give is $300 credit because their horrible rep was late in following up. Won't even refund the start up fee. Absolute thieves robbing from small family practices.

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: They did not contact me in Julythey sent the email to the company they were working with, ( the billing company that initiated the work), but due to pricing issues we never signed a contract with themand we were first notified around October, and we informed them that we never started with the billing company, and there should be no accountwe never sent them any information, after the initial phone call, and we have never done any business through themWe didn't even complete our credentialing with them Sincerely, [redacted] ***

This customer signed a legal agreement with TriZetto Provider Solutions which stated they could terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. The customer was told this information on 3 separate occasions until the notice was finally sent over to TriZetto Provider Solutions...

on 11/9/15. We terminated the account on 12/9/15 in agreement with the signed contract.
The agreement was signed by [redacted] on 7/7/15 and it does state that invoicing shall begin 30 days after the effective date (with the effective dates defined as "the date TriZetto begins providing services to the client"). TriZetto enrollment team reached out to the customer by email on 7/13/15 to give them access to the account. Our team at TriZetto Provider Solutions did get the account set up in a timely manor to allow them to start using the services within their first 30 days, however the customer did not exercise this ability. It wasn't until 10/8/16 that someone from the office logged into the account and gave the information to set up the provider and office with tax IDs, NPI numbers and insurance company information. Our enrollment team was then set the provider up and made sure they were eligible with the insurance companies to utilize our services.
The unpaid invoices are from October and November that we did not have a written termination notice for the account yet. Since these invoices have gone unpaid, they have started incurring late fees.
