We had a contract with this company for this to repair broken boards on a privacy fence, cut down a few trees and haul off and pressure treat the pine. Once the work was completed and paid for we went to look at it the next morning and the repairs are not done correctly, they left boards and trash, trees were never hauled off and no wood was treated
Contractor was supposed to build an extended patio with roof. Within a week, the roof leaked when it rained and my son in law informed me that the job was not up to code. Informed contractor of the issue and asked him to repair the roof or refund me some of my money ($1,200) in order to get someone else to do the job. Contractor blocked me from both text messages and social media. I am unable to resolved this issue and have hired someone else to do the job.
and his team came out to install 6 drains with rock and sand as stated in the contract and if it caused standing water the contract stated that within 3 years he would have to come and fix it. He refused to answer my phone calls and threatened to sue for my bad review. He did drains in my horse pasture not according to the contract and now with the rain there is standing water creating mud and the drains have not been placed properly and my horse has stepped tripped and fell into the drain pipes denting them and causing a huge safety issue! Contract states he is to fix the issue and it is not fixed. I have contacted another person who is willing to help me and I now have to use more money when it could have been done the right way.
This customer was using racial slurs and being aggressive to my team while they were on the property. They degraded my staff and myself while cursing at us and using the word *** at my employees. They went on social media bashing them and my company and demanded we arrive “immediately” and commented I shouldn’t have “those people” working for me. I said I would call them within business hours with my availability for the next day. Before I did they were making a show of slander against my company and the people under my employment. They said “they would tear up the drain so bad that the next 3 years on their warranty would be the worst years of our life.

I am rejecting this response because: everything he has said is a lie. I have proof of conversations between myself and him. I never cussed and never would ever use racial slurs. I am a nurse and I do not see color and for him to say that is so sad. I have proof, and I want my money back. My property is horrible right now. I want to see his proof that he can show that I said those things, because I did not. I want my property fixed to be able to fix my property.
