Great service and staff! Tina has been wonderful with working around quarantine and helping the community. They have put in so much effort and time during these difficult times. I can’t wait for them to open up again! Highly recommend!
Tina is always very helpful to all her customers and these are extraordinary times. Right now, half of the state DMV are shut down and the risk of COVID is dangerous so it makes sense to restrict access to the public. The Arizona DMV has announced that the public can obtain scheduled appointments.
TRM likes to cater to dealerships instead of the public. I understand closing when all this started but they remain closed to the public and are only taking care of dealerships. its too bad when the community could really benefit from them being open at this time they choose to turn their back on us !!!
During these times with a health pandemic TRM has chosen to open to Dealers only as they are not aloud at all to take appointments at the MVD. We are helping the community as bes we can in these trying times. We simply do not have the manpower to take on the tri-state because the MVD is so far behind as it is it would cause a mob mentality. This is something personal as well the owners daughter has an underlying condition which could prove dangerous opening to the public. The amount of dealer work is tremendous. Simply put we do the best we can as a small privately owned business. Being the only MVD Third Party within 300 miles. Please refrain from slandering our business please if you do not know the whole story and the harassment truly received. We are doing the best we can in these trying times. Working to please everyone and stay safe. The MVD is not currently staffed or moving fast enough. I could not possibly put us in that environment there would be just plain chaos. Thank you for your understanding and I feel these complaints are not warranted if you truly knew the scope of what you are talking about and how heartless it truly sounds. I as the owner have helped many people and plan to keep doing so. Thank you this review is sad one. Thank You -Have compassion for others Alway.
