Paid for 16 sessions in full and after being left with a stiff neck 5 out of 8 sessions, decided not to continue. Owners refused to return payment for the remaining 8 sessions & refused to provide me with my file, threatened to call the police in front of my children and call me out of name, and humiliate me in front of other clients. This is supposed be a business of safety & healing. I was not only injured physically but emotionally, as well as my children. This business needs to be severely reprimanded.
Hello this is Dr. ***, I am truly disturbed by Miss *** behavior in my office on 7/23/2020, she presented and became immediately very combative with my self and office staff as well as two my my patients in my waiting room. She immediately started with threats of suing if she didn't get a refund and she would make viral videos about my office stealing money and how disgusting we all are here in this fake Dr's office. We did not call her out of name, we just simple asked her to leave my office after she started making threats and being very combative with her words and body actions. She refused to leave and I was forced to call 911, she still refused to leave. she continued to badger my office staff regarding her refund and making demands for paper work that she already had been given. My office staff video recorded her behavior, this huge nasty scene in front of her small children was appalling. She has the audacity to accuse me and staff of humiliating her. Tell us why here...
I am attaching documents to support that her claim is completely false. She did not pay in full for 16 visits($977.00). she only paid half $488.50.
Her second payment was due on her 8th visit which she did not show up and forfeit her appointment. patient stated that she was already feeling better after her second visit. and now has made false allegations against my office.
there is no refund due!
