I do not accept the response from the business because they didn't address the allegations at all. They only responded to the very last statement in the complaint that I wouldn't sign off on a itemized billing statement because they didn't tell me how much it would cost. They only told me that they would charge me, and they have charged me exorbitant fees in the past. They completely avoided the primary issues. I have attached the bill in question below. I was deceived and taken advantage of, I have shown proof.

No charges will be waived. All visits were appropriate, agreed to by Mr. [redacted], and well documented. The charges are as per Cigna's negotiated rate that applies to all physicians. As I previously stated, Mr. [redacted] never asked for or received a physical; other issues required medical assessment visits. Just because I completed the form he mentions does not make it a physical. There is no basis for his request, but my documentation may not be presented here. In any case, the charges are legitimate and he is responsible for the payment. Should Mr. [redacted] choose not to pay the bill, it will be sent to collection. Also, if Mr. [redacted] persists in accusing me of insurance fraud, I will take all available action against him for any damages to myself or this clinic.
