The company is a joke. Delay and breach on the contract. I contracted my second floor to other company. They charge for permit and promise to bring inspector in, but no proper permit is pulled. They are so bad that "Not leaving review" is in the contract for clients. Indeed, why should some contractors make their clients not to comment online?

We contracted with Troico for a bathroom renovation The project started [redacted] and was to take 5-weeksThe project is still not complete and the outstanding items are as follows; Bathtub - was damaged during the renovation and has not been repaired to our satisfaction Left hand vanity light is lower than the right one and doesn't cover the electrical opening The cabinet doors have an unacceptable gap You can see into the cabinet through the gap The bathroom door doesn't have a locking mechanism The vanity isn't to the length specified in the drawings

We have purchased a kitchen for our client [redacted] . One door was bowed since day one. It was never replaced. I have tried to resolve the problem but [redacted] the owner is really ***. We paid everything except $500 in order for them to replace this door. Which the never did. My client are an old couple and the husband is quite sick. But she doesnt care, She is asking to pay the 500 plus interest by certified check??? and she will see when the door will be in stock afterward. This is a year now and it is completely unacceptable. I have all the emails to prove the step I have taking to solve the problem. [redacted] All what I want is for her to fulfill her contract and provide a proper door to my client [redacted]

Troico renovated our master bedroom and ensuite bathroomThey installed a shower door that they purchased from *** shower doorsThe shower door leaks between the glass panelsTroico has taken a video of the leak to send to *** to get their cooperation in repairing or replacing the doorAfter several months the door still leaks and now Troico has stopped communicating with us.The last communication from the owner of Troico was in AprilIn March she said she totally agreed with our concern and was working on a solutionOther staff at Troico continue to put a positive spin on this problem but no communication has been received from the owners for a few months and no action has been taken to resolve the leakMeanwhile we have water leaking from the shower daily and that is causing damage to Troico's finishing work in our ensuite

We hired Troico for a main floor renovation of our elderly parents town home in White Rock so they could age in place rather than movingThe job totalled about $100,000- they did a kitchen, bathrooms and new flooring throughoutWe were very impressed with the end resultTroico's designer was sensitive to our parents needs, they even helped them choose proper grab bars, a chair lift to get to the second floor and other devices recommended by their physiotherapistWe were also very impressed with the cabinetry throughout - it was all made that their facility in Coquitlam and was of the utmost qualityWe have given their name to other families that are now looking to renovate and so far other family has signed on with themTroico is an easy referral and we're happy to say our experience with them was wonderful
