The letter was sent via certified mail to Trojan and the tracking records with the United States Post office show that the letter was delivered on this date. The validation materials were sent to the consumer on March 28, 2018. The original balance due to the dental office was $655.00, but that amount has been adjusted to $to reflect the amount paid by the consumer’s insurance company on this account

I sent a debt validation letter to both Trojan Professional Services, as well of Soft Touch Dentists(12/2017) directly and have yet to receive a response.On 11/18/11 (date of service)  I requested a cleaning only. I never authorized any other services. I requested a Pre-Treatment estimate to ensure that service would be covered by my insurance company. I should not be responsible for any services that I did not authorize. I am requesting to be provided documents with my signature authorizing services in the amount of the balance I am being told that I owe. Simply providing a ledger or bill is not validation of the debt.

consumer on 12-4-14, three days after Trojan's receipt of the validation request.  Trojan received a second validation request from the consumer on 6-25-15.  The validation materials were resent to the consumer on 7-13-15.If the consumer has completed a notarized Identity Theft Affidavit, or submitted a police report regarding the above referenced account or any identity theft activity, please have her forward that information to Trojan Professional Services, Inc., PO Box 1297, Los Alamitos, CA  90720.
