time she arrived to our office. However, we do close for lunch and our staff is required to take their breaks. Our staff member fortunately arrived from picking up his food before Ms. Rudow left. Instead of beginning his lunch, he provided her with what she requested. To address her comment that "with the smaller unit rented, $30 more a month now should be illegal", she currently rents a 5x10 storage unit for $85 per month. Our smallest and most inexpensive storage unit is a 5x5 which rents for $68 per month. Although she moved in two years ago, her rent then was $70. Market rate for her same sized storage unit is $100 per month. Suggesting that it was or should be closer to $30 is unfounded. If she would like to pay less, we would be happy to assist her with transferring to a smaller storage unit.
