Great people. Highly knowledgable. Willing to help in anyway they can.

Wasn't happy with the communication process of buying a car. No call back.I had to keep calling to see what was going on with the loan. When I finally got through to someone they wasn't very interested in selling me a car. Not happy with this company. I guess they don't need business.

Review: Sold me a truck with a rotting oil pan and then told me they would beat the quoted price I had to fix it but lied and quoted me $500 more

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! I found the truck I wanted online in January 2013 but was hesitant because [redacted] the owner was rude and unfriendly during the whole process. But I loved the truck so I bought it against my best judgement. 7 months later my check engine light came on. I had Bolton motors in Bolton CT look at it and in 4 hours they told me I needed a new Evap canister and that my oil pan was rusting out and quoted me $1100 for the both. When I asked [redacted] at Trolley auto what he could do since they told me they checked out the vehicle top to bottom and he said he would definitley beat that price but he had to see it so I drove it an hour to his shop and he told me he would call me in a day or 2. On the fourth day I called them and he told me it would be another 2 days to give me prices! After 3 days I called again and he quoted me $1600! So I waited a full week to get a higher quote when he promised me he would beat the price in a day or two. Again, very rude and unfriendly during the whole process. Then after I get home I notice they didn't even finish reassembling my truck. The engine shield was sitting in the bed next to the box of bolts. Worst customer service I have ever recievedDesired Settlement: I want them to keep their word and beat the $1100 price I got from bolton motors and at least return my calls when it takes them a week instead the day or two they promised.

The vehicle purchase went very smooth with no problems and we have (on file) a pre delivery inspection report from outsourced service facility who inspected vehicle prior to johns purchase. There was no engine light on (it passed [redacted] right before it was registered) and there were no leaks found on inspection.

Vehicle was bought 6 months and 8,000 miles prior to this incident in which the customer had the vehicle serviced and no problems were reported to us.

[redacted] called let us know about his issues with the truck. I told [redacted] I would do my best to beat their prices and explained to [redacted] that were down a technician for the week and it would be a few days to [redacted] the issues he found. He dropped the truck off the following day agreeing that it would be a few days. We inspected the vehicle and found the oil pan was damp on the upper portion. There was a minor rust spot on the factory weld of the oil pan, but very small. The engine light was on for a Evap code. We have factory trained Toyota technicians who have seen these issues before and we knew exactly how to resolve. We gave [redacted] a price for what needed to be replaced without knowing what he could get the job done for. There were a couple parts in question that his mechanic was not going to replace but our technician knew were needed to be to complete the job correctly.

[redacted] was not happy with the price but also insisted that he expected for our facility to cover the repairs free of charge because he purchased the vehicle recently. I disagreed with [redacted] and explained that the vehicle was fully inspected, emission compliant and came with a 30 day warranty from point of purchase and at this point he is 5 months past the 30 day period.

Called to get money back from a down payment. Answered the phone with an big attitude without identifying who they are and, without even knowing why the call. Poor customer relations.
