We don't think so, but it does not matterYou come out, meet, look at the problem, and take immediate action at no cost to the customer where warrantedIt can't be proven either way, frankly, so the customer is right and you take action and remain responsive Beyond this, we dispute the amount of labor needed for the job & also the materials requiredStill happy to meet the business on site for a review so they can do what we feel better businesses do Thank you [redacted] Regards, [redacted]
