At this time, I have been contacted directly by Tronic City regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Upon receiving a phone call from the manager who was extremely rude, aggressive and accusatory, stated that the camera could be repaired for an additional $1,- which we declined as we were supposedly still under a warranty Never once in the process of purchase was it known that the item being purchased was a "Grey Market Item" was never divulged nor shown in the transaction
