Review: I applied for a CC through their website. but what I got was a simple plastic card and when I tried to call them, I couldnt get through to them. it seems they keep hanging up on their customers. after several attempts I finally got in touch with a rep and he didnt explained the program and said that I can only use this card with them only. which was not mentioned on their website. I have paid $29.99 as an activation payment ( according to them) and now I cant get that money back aswel.Desired Settlement: I just need my money back

We cannot find a record of having a customer with this name and at this address. Could the Revdex.com please obtain more detailed information from the complainant to confirm that he did indeed conduct a transaction with our firm? We believe that he may have confused our firm with another. Until the complainant can provide proof of a transaction with Tronix Country could the Bureau please remove this complaint from the record.

Review: So under contract and advertisement, I signed and acknowledge that my purchase would help out my credit report if made on time. I was only late 2 times and when I checked my credit report, there was another company affliated with Tronix Country called [redacted]. I was nevered informed that they also would be looking into my credit. In almost three years of my account, the only thing notes on my credit report if negative and no positive. They said each payment would report on the cliente's credit report. I have yet to see the other 30 months of positive reporting. When I contacted them about this, they told me they would return my calls but no one has. Also, they were paid off in December, but they are still reporting me as deliquent. Everything on my report is false and I am looking into legal assistance with this matter.Desired Settlement: I want them to report 32 months of postive, and 2 months of negative on my report and have it updated. They also need to change their advertisement also.

Review: I cancelled an order between June 24 and 30. I believe it was the 26. Tronix claims I did not call. I don't like being called a liar for one. I called , cancelled and the clerk said they would stop payment. On July 3 the money was still taken out my account. Now, I can't pay bills from this account, my home phone has been cut off and I have other things coming out. I need the money back ASAP. I keep getting it's being processed I understand that but I also know funds can be transferred with a push of the button. Where's the customer service? I don't even know how much this policy is going to cost me when the bank gets through with me. I've called every day since and e-mailed corp. I guess they don't care. I was going to order again but now I don't know.Desired Settlement: Just put the funds back ASAP

Review: Tronix country told me I could not open an account then they sent me a product and billed my bank account. When I called them about this they told me to refuse delivery and they would refund my money. I did as they asked and they money was never returned and the deducted more money out of my account. when I called them about this they said the product was never returned and refused to return my money. I called them again with he tracking numbers and information showing the product was returned and they still refused to return my money. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, with one exception, they state that my complain was made before the complaint and that is wrong, I made the complain before they refunded my money, I received the money 3 days after they told me they would refund and at that point I wasn't sure if they were going to actually do what they told me . I was called a liar over and over by this company. It took 3 months and several calls to get anyone to listen to me. I dont lie and I am very very mad that they kept saying I was lying.

Review: Tronix Country charged my card for $33.00 twice. I don't know who they are. The first time they charged me I called & they said it wouldn't happen again but, it did. The number they have (###-###-####) is for an Electric Company in Nebraska.Desired Settlement: See when they debited my card both times it over drafted me. I would like my $66.00 back, the bank refunded me the over draft fee.

After investigating the situation, the information we have is consistent with the customer placing an order and instructing us to debit her financial institutions on the dates she instructed us to. Further, all of the information you provided us about the customer is consistent with the information that was supplied to us by the customer. We did have phone contact with the customer to confirm her order. We have mailed a Waiver and Release of NON-Public Account Information for her to execute and return to us, so that we may provide you or any other non-regulatory entity specific information about her account, transcripts of call recordings, IP addresses, SSNs and other information related to this customer that may support our position that we executed the customer’s instructions. If the customer believes that her personal information was compromised, our company policy is for customers to provide us with a police report and we will promptly work with the customer and law enforcement to make the customer whole and turn over all relevant information in an effort to prosecute the perpetrators to the fullest extent of the law.

While an email was sent to cancel on 10/23/14 and the company cancelled his Account, within that email there was no specific request to issue a refund. Further, in a conversation with a representative the customer stated he wanted to keep his Account available to him. We executed this request per the customer. It is not unusual for customers to maintain their Account without requesting a refund. As a result of this, an electronic refund was issued to the financial institution the payment was submitted from.We respectfully request that this complaint be stricken from the record, as the company followed precisely the customer’s request, only later to discover he filed a complaint against the company for an action he did not request or made clear in any communication with the firm.

Review: I ordered a mattress set in Aug and till this day I have not received my mattress and we are on October 7th. I have called several times to speak to a manager and had to ask the customer service rep 10 times to speak to a manager, very unprofessional. I finally spoke to a manager and will return my 300.00 dollars,but will not tell me when my money will be returned to me. I feel that waiting a month for something that I ordered on Aug 28th of 2013 is not right and that they need to be looked at.Desired Settlement: I feel that they should not let their paying customers wait over a month for there merchandise that they paid for or even have to speak to an unprofessional person that does not give out good customer service.

Review: I ordered an i-pad tablet around november 28, and I was suppose to get a ten inch eight GB of ram and one tig hard drive tablet. I was suppose to get it around december 21-24. They had called me about a week after the due date and said they were out of that tablet and they did not know when they were going to get any in, So they said they had a nine inch four GB tablet I could get in it's place and that I was going to get a camecorder for the inconvenience. When I finily received the product on January 12, I realized it was not the type of tablet I needed. I sent the tablet back and know they do not want to refund my money. Out of a hundred and fifty eight dollars that I have paid they ownly want to give me about thrity eight dollars back. I do not see how this is fair even with restocking fees I should get back more. I was never told about any activation fees of any type. I am on Social Security and I can not aford to lose money like that. I sent the product back about January 15. they still are taking money out of my account.Desired Settlement: Just refund my money back and quite telling me to keep paying on something I do not have.

Her merchandise would have shipped much earlier, however per federal regulations, from FTC regulations to regulations pursuant to the Fianncial Reform Bill and Patriat Act, TRonix Country is required to verify the ID of customers to whom it provides financing,.

[redacted] contacted our offices on the seventh day after delivery and stated that the tablet was for her daughter to read books, and the Google Android tablet that utilizes standardized settings much like an ipad did not meet her daughters needs. Tronix Country was very sympathetic to [redacted]'s needs and was willing to offer a Kindle Fire for the same price $349. A very competitive price.

When the tablet was recieved back in our offices, it showed signs of use to the actual unit, as well as the settings of the tablet. [redacted] was made aware that she did not include the power cord to the tablet to the box when she returned the tablet or other components that make the order complete, such as cords that connect to usb drives. [redacted] informed us that she would locate and return the power cord. Follwing this confirmation that upon receiving the power cord, we would resolve her account, [redacted] filed a complaint with the Bureau.

[redacted] needs to stand by her committment to return the power charger so that this issue can be resolved or she needs to notify us that she no longer has the power cord and we can work out resolution options at that time.

Tronix Country has stopped drafting [redacted]'s account and waits to hear how she wishes to proceed.
