Leo Kaytes Ford sold ** *** a vehicle on 9-**-The customer indicates he was unaware of purchasing an extended warranty for his vehicle, however, he signed the bill of sale showing the warranty, he also signed additional times on the extended warranty term and condition contracts for a
total of four acknowledgmentsThe contracts were registered with Ford Motor Company on 9-**-at which time Ford also sends confirmation of the coverages to the ownerIt was not until the contracts expired did we receive the request for cancellation, therefore the refund was limited to the balance on just the wheel coverage which has unlimited mileageThe dealership processed the refund request with Ford Motor Company and forwarded the refund of $to Ford Credit to be applied to his loan as per our requirements with Ford CreditThere are no additional cancellations or refunds due

The dealership stands by its original response, however, we will make it clearerThere is no doubt in my mind that *** *** was fully aware of what he purchasedIf there was a way to scan the documents he signed, it would be very clear it was not a rejection of coverageAll the terms are clearly spelled out in each of the contracts in addition to the package sent by Ford Motor CompanyIt was not until his warranties expired did he complainWe are a company of years and would not jeopardize our reputation and A+ Revdex.com rating on anything, especially an extended warranty saleBy reading the language used in *** *** rebuttal, it is clear he is very angry, however, we will not further respond if he resorts to such derogatory and disgusting language when referring to anyone who has work at Leo Kaytes Ford, our employees are our family and we will not tolerate that behavior
