[redacted] was told that our fee for the lodging was $29.75 per day per dog.  Our fees are clearly stated in the policy he signed.  He also chose additional play time for his dogs.  
There is no such thing as a "night" charge.  Animals are cared for daily, as we did on Sat, Sun, Mon and Tue (9/5 to 9/8).  
The dogs did not have a negative fecal check within the year prior to lodging as is required and stated in our policy.  We collected and ran the samples and reported negative results as we said we would.
We do not charge our clients for the last day of care ONLY for animals that are picked up in the morning, as is stated in the policy that [redacted] signed.  
His dogs were picked up in the afternoon, therefore full care and feeding were done and charged for on the fourth day, Tues. 9/8.
This was explained at the time of reservation, in our lodging policy and again at check out.  
[redacted]'s claims are false.  
We provided clear verbal and written information regarding our hospital lodging policy, required parasite screening as well as excellent care for his dogs.  
We should be paid for all of the services we provided.  No refund will be given.
