Placed order with rep/owner on Augand was informed, by rep/owner two days ago via telephone that the order had been misplaced/lostI went into store today to redo the design for the plaque I had ordered and was met by the rep who took my original order and who also called to tell me that she could not find itThe rep/owner was very flustered with paper work and seemed agitated that I was in the store at that timeI ultimately canceled my order and was charged a 3% rebate feeI called the store back to discuss this with the same rep/owner and she kept telling me that I was supposed to email her the words for the plaqueThe rep/owner would not acknowledge the fact that she lost my orderInstead of apologizing, she continued to argue with me until I ultimately hung upI felt the rep/owner could have and should have been more professional with me on the phoneI guess when I was in the store in Augand same rep/owner was arguing on the phone with her mother-in-law, I should have taken that as an indicator of the service I was going to receive!
This is one of the nicest, most accommodating businesses I've done business with in this area in a long timeThey were very cordial and very helpful with my orderI would recommend them to everyone!
