This is our response to the rejection letter received on 6/26/regarding Complaint ID# [redacted] I certainly understand the frustration of the customer but we simply cannot be held responsible for this incidentI would like to offer the (2) $gift cards as well as good customer service for a final close to this complaintThe customer is welcome to pick these gift cards up at our wash anytimePlease see the manager

This letter is in reference to the complaint filed on 6/8/14 in which a customer claimed to have damaged their tire while visiting our car wash. In our defense, we make habit of keeping our parking lot and entire property completely free from all debris. We do this by walking the...

every hour to ensure the grounds are kept clean. Rarely do we see a customer throw or drop trash or debris from their vehicle onto our property. I will say we keep a very close eye on the overall appearance of our property and when and if this happens it is picked up immediately. We offer only a couple of different services at this car wash and none of them had anything to do with the damage which was incurred. If our service has caused any damage whatsoever we would make it good. Our reputation is excellent in dealing with such problems. In this case we cannot be responsible. This could have been picked up on the hwy. as they drove by.
