Most the items that we took were already outside at the curb. There was a minimal amount in cupboards inside the house. We were requested to invoice the property management company, as there was no contact onsite to pay us. The customer request to return any items will be impossible as the items were taken to the transfer station immediately after job completion. I do not believe that my company did anything they were not authorized to do. The property management company authorized us to do the work. They should be liable to the customer for any damages.
