Salesman by the name of Sam promised to speak to finance guy if I left a full refundable deposit of $which I've yet to receive after two attempts I went in to look for a vehicle on the 11th and couldn't agree on numbers offered, Sam promised me that he could find a better deal with a finance rep by the name of Hector, if I left a $deposit with him till the following day, when I returned and learned that they couldn't offer me a better deal I requested my refund, which they refused to give me because the office was closed and I didn't have a receipt, well on the 14th I called to check on their business hours and Sam told me they were open till 1:30, once I arrived the guy at the door told me I wouldn't be receiving a refund that day because they're staff was off till Monday, Sam took my Visa card and the receipt he originally handed me and made a copy , while promising me that it was being handled in the other office and should be back on my account in one hour, well a whole
I was refused a refund on a deposit after changing my mind the next day. On 06/11/2016 I made a deposit of $550.00 on a vehicle at Tropical Auto Outlet. After going home and reflecting I decided I couldn't really afford the terms I had been offered and went back to the business for a refund. They refused. I have a receipt, no contract was ever signed and there was no indication or reason for the refusal.
Thanks to tropical auto outlet and there staffI was able to start my year with a beautiful car that get on the road.there staff and management is absolutely helpful in every way possible!! I recommend tropical as a star dealer!

Tropical Auto Outlet sold me a vehicle that needed $in repairs and made attempts to hide some of these issues before I arrived to purchse it
I purchased a Chevy Corvette for $21,which was on par with the value of this car in excellent conditionUpon my arrival the car had about more miles on the odometer than was listed onlineI had traveled a long distance to see this car to have some disappointments at first (Very dirty, higher mileage, hood struts needing replaced)Overall I liked the car and seemed mechanically sound so I decided it wasn't a big dealHowever I made sure that they would send me a new pair of hood shocks, which I still have not received a month later
They insisted that the price was firm and couldn't be negotiated and that the dealer fee couldn't be waivedI knew this was a lie but I wanted to car and they told me their mechanic had looked at this car and it had no issues
After leaving I was able to look the car over more closelyI
