Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Tropical Designs contact me via email on 8/10/to let me know the pool guys have been extremely busy with the rain in our area postponing their work over the past few monthsI agree, we have had a lot of rain and can understand the backup in their availabilityTropical designs did come to my house today (8/18/17) and inspected the two concerns I have identifiedThe company did understand my concerns, and helped me understand that these concerns are minor and will be easily resolvedSo, Monday afternoon (8/21/17) Tropical Design will take care of both concerns, as well as, provide a few pool maintenance tips to keep the pool looking its bestI really appreciate the communication and effortThank you [redacted] ! Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have no idea of the expense of this repair, as I have had no one come out other than [redacted] There has been NO attempts to come to our houseHe even told me this in a text over a year agoI also have over months off from June - Sept 1stand am home everyday and he knows thisI have tried to be nice as he is busy during the summer so he told me it would get fixed during the winter monthsWhich it never has been fixedI think yrs is too long to wait for this.We have never been called about any times or days for the repairs or to get into our gate, yet he has all of our phone numbers and my husband is available 24/Over months ago I told [redacted] I would leave to gate open if he could tell me what day they would comeI can copy all the texting I have to confirm these communication Regards, [redacted] ***

As you can clearly read in Tropical design response he intends on not addressing my concerns as we figuredThe reason for our complaint was to warn potential consumers what you will have to deal withThis is why this guy has had several pool companies and his web-site doesn't match his
current companyMr*** so you will understand this forum its about how your customers experience wasI would not refer anyone to this company nor would I recommed the owner *** ***

I am rejecting this response because: *** ***, aka Tropical Designs, is refusing to make things right and isn't telling the truth about the situation at all. He is continuing to lie just like he did when he was building our pool. Not only did he owe money to people who had worked on our pool/kitchen, but he also wrote a hot check to one of them and we have proof of that.

I've explained in last message If my payment in Contract is not followed it is Breach of Contract I don't care how the customer justified why they didn't pay its a breach of Contract Pool is completed Pool is functional I have not received payment I'm enforcing my
contract They Signed Revdex.com Needs to follow Law and binding Contracts instead of Customers Ego driven justification to hold Payment Not happy with reason why builders use your Service Tropical Designs *** ***

These pictures were taken before the project was even finished.I never disputed the pool itself looks nice, from a far away picture.What it looks like from this picture and the issues with its construction are two completely different things.This picture of the decking was also taken right after it was laid and sealedOf course it is all shiny and nice, it is wet.Mr***'s response does not address any of our issues at all

To whom it may concern This is the second response I've given you to MrCunningham's concernsThe slight deck separation at patio and pool deck Is Normal All decking moves in Texas I have enclosed pictures to show area in question . The Spa area he said that is leaking from
plumbing is Not We performed a leak detection on all pipes in spa and found Zero water loose. The water Sepage is from front of Dpa spillway where small mortor to Flagstone has accrued over years and simply needs to be filled in with gray mortor to stop the Tiny water sepage he is seeingI have also enclosed the picture of this. Neither of the issues are worthy of being a formal complaint to your company We build Sound Beautiful projects for all our customers. I'm forwarding this to home owner as wellAlong with pictures to show each of his concerns. We will be happy to address his Minor issues as per our Contract. Thank you *** ***

Revdex.complease find the correct actions that lead to the current by the Monday's for their situation. We contracted to build a Pool /Kitchen area for customer we started on July 2016 weeks into the building process we had completed most everything for the customer I wish your app
allows a picture to be uploaded to show the project and it Quality that was built for the Munday. After the rains sims had stopped during August we started preparing to plaster the pool and be completed the plaster company we normally use Do not have the Certified install from the River Rock product do we were scheduled for a Certified installer to do Plaster I explained to customer the non Certified issue and he said that's fine let's just get it plastered Volimans plaster had prepped the pool for plaster but once it was determained they were not Certified for River Rock installation they became combative however we had plaster pricing issues with Coliman not billing properly over Previous jobs and they were told we were not paying anything the office had billed in error They have been paid since to the year agreed price structureeven if the sub contractor it's not the customer concern to get envolved in any matter the Monday's called me On Saturday afternoon and Told me they were no longer having me finish the project and Don't worry they would take care of it I told them they did not have the right to stop in this Tempered decision they were telling me to not do anything elsethey owed us plus in payments and it's my contract to finish with My sub contractors that I hire with credentials for product I have to stand behind and warranty me munday locked his Only access for electrician to get to add the electric for Grill area Me munday is a police officer and should realize his position does not give him the Power to stop a Contract with nothing factual but just making decision on a Emotion after letting his statement of not returning to his property I did deliver the only product left for his project the customer has No past billing from the plaster company and my year long billing and repair from a sub contractor.we have completed All projects and this was a Total power play from the home owner to get their way so again I had all plaster to be installed is my decision for quality and pricing to be completed. The customer is owed nothing the project being handled the way the homeowner chose to take this situation is odd on their part . the electrician

*** I'm very disappointed in your listening of types of pool cleaners to solve the current plumbing issue of existing legend cleaning system After months of hearing your concerns of your pool having sand or dirt in it I offered a True vacuum system which does Remove all dirt as
cleaner system maneuvers over the area and needs very little assistance from homeownerYour other option I shared was a Robotic cleaning system which does a great job but does require a lot more customer hands on to install and remove frequently We offered to get you either cleaner however your cleaner issue accrued same as a Chronic sinus infection I had for daysYou were responded to as I was able to and your over persistence has led to this issue. Patience is aVirtue for sureI have fixed your Audio issues at no charge on my figuring out and fixing issue I listened to your Over statement of construction time from the beginning of your project which I finished in days which is a great thing due to the scope of all your project requiredI listen to you as you questions as I do with All customers I told you of repair options on your cleaner and the delay for me to come put either cleaner in for youBut your inpatients has now taken over this issue For Gods sake brush your pool for weeks if it's that dirty until it can be corrected***

[redacted]He wrote that letter after three weeks of not responding and is making it sound like im the bad guy here. He attempted to fix my audio system, But after he left it still didnt work well. I used the audio man he recommended. The people that I had come and fix it said installer had not wired it properly. I paid $1000 to fix that screw up. tr wire in conduit with better speakers. If [redacted] is sencre about doingf the rightg thing he would come dig up the broken line to my cleaner that he sold me and repair it and replace the deck. This is the only acceptable resolution. This is not the average $30,000 pool. I paid him $125,000 for this work and its not done right. the concrete is not sloped away from  the pool and its breaking up because he never bothered to come back and saw cut controlled breaks. [redacted] is not going to do anything, He is a pathalogical liar. He is not capable of telling the truth

We have sent two different attempts to go to her house their gate is locked they will not leave it open during the day during normal business hours the repair that was made to stop the small leak work the pool does not have a leak we have repaired the pool to our industry standard of stopping...

any leak i've explained to her that you're not traveling down there another time for free she will have to pay them to do it and it is not a $1500 repair it's amazing how people make up numbers and they have no clue what they're bidding

Yes we sent to cruise over there to take care of his request determined it was not leaking where he thought it was he apologized said he would be retracting his complaint please make sure that that happens
