On 4 March 2016, I made an arrange mentor a late payment robe made on the 15th of March. I was quoted an amount that included late fees. I signed the paper, but wasn't given a copy. I wasn't to concerned because the rental office sends out monthly emails stating, "Attention residents! Today is the last day of the month, which means if you have an outstanding balance it must be paid so you do not loose your monthly discount next month. Also, no payment arrangements will be made with an outstanding balance from the previous month. Please remember rent is due on the 1st of each month, we do give all our residents until the 3rd with no additional late fees. If you need to make a payment arrangement, these MUST be done prior to the morning of the 4th. No exceptions! If you have questions about your bill please contact the office so we can get you the correct amount to pay.

So I called 15 March while on lunch at work, told her my name and my apt #, and I asked the female that answered the phone, "how much was due?" She told me to hold on because she had to look me up. She came back and said $610. I dropped off the money order I picked up right on the corner from the complex. 2nd week in April I get an eviction notice for $159 of unpaid rent AND late fees. I went to speak with the property manager and she claimed to have left noticed on my door, but had no proof of that. She said they tried to call and that may have been true, but I can't answer my phone at work. I explained to her why I paid the amount I paid and she was pretty much like, " I don't know who told you that, but you only paid $610 and $659 was due leaving you a balance of $59." Why on earth would I make a payment arrangement and not pay what was due? She couldn't tell me who answered the phone and gave me the wrong amount and didn't really seem to be too concerned with the situation. I don't recommend anyone rent from here. If a tenant can't trust the information coming from the person answering the phone in an apartment community who can they trust? Now I'm spending more money than is I my budget because of someone else's error.

owners and Management company. Every issue that [redacted] has had, we have taken care of it. [redacted] was ask to leave the office because she was cursing at us. I am sorry of that why she thinks I am disrespectful.
[redacted] my maintenance person check [redacted] ceiling Tuesday and it is not wet or soft to touch.
[redacted] has never complained about her sink in my half bath is constantly leaking and leaving the boards under the counter soaked. This was the first time we have heard about this when we got the complaint from the Revdex.com, as you can see in the attached below. I put in a work order on 09/24 and it was taken care of immediately.
I also spoke with maintenance about bowel has been coming through the showers and sinks. We do not know what she is talking about as one again this has not been called into the office.
The resident was refunded a total of $208.75 on April 4th,2015, Check was hand delivered.
