Anyway, I met with [redacted] of The Cooling Company he was educated professional knowledgeable and polite He explained all the SEERS to me and how much difference there was between my energy savings vs the additional cost of a vs a and helped me to make my decision I of course picked The Cooling Company The installation was excellent, the guys were clean cut, in pristine white shirts, and they wore booties in the house and met their timeline right on schedule In addition The Cooling Company was able to offer me low interest financing on the units The cost savings between my new units and my year old units is amazing and more then makes the payment each month for the new unitsThe house is always cool and so quiteâ ¦ I canâ t even hear the units kick on and off I signed up for their service package and the guys have been to the house times to do the check up for the heating and the air Each one was clean cut, polite and on time In addition they offer 24/support and come to do the service when I want them not when it works for them This was a big purchase for my family, and I am so happy I picked [redacted] and his team at The Cooling Company
Came home the other day to find my A/C not working Put in a claim with my home warranty to find that the contractor they use has very very poor reviews so I looked for a different contractor with better reviews The Cooling Company was able to come out that same day to figure it out Luis came out and was very friendly and knowledgable I was on my lunch break from work and he had it diagnosed in about 10-minutes Luis showed me exactly what was wrong and the diagnostic steps he took to come to the conclusion of the failed control board This really stood out to me as a sign of an honest contractor I went ahead and authorized them to order the part and complete the repair Luis came back the following day at a very convenient time and completed the repair It turns out my home warranty wouldn't have even covered the repair in the first place so I am grateful for the reviews I found on The Cooling Company, their fast service, honest technicians and overall great experience
