The trial expired on 03/15/2016 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 03/15/2015 $89.92 for the Tropical Garcinia and $79.95 for the Tropical Mango.Customer had contacted our Customer Service on 03/15/2016 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled. We immediately granted her request and cancelled her account.Customer then contacted us on 03/16/2016 requesting a refund.Our Customer Service had issued a 35% courtesy refund $27.98 for the Tropical Garcinia and $31.47 for the Tropical Mango which she accepted.However we feel our customers concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus we will be providing the remaining refund $58.45 for the Tropical Garcinia and $51.97 for the Tropical Mango charged on 03/15/2016. I heard good things about the Tropical Mango Cleanse and the Tropical Garcinia, so I decided to pay $10.00 for the trial, and got charged $39 extra -- my bank blocked that charge. Two weeks after my purchase $170 was charged to my debit card from the company. No where when I ordered were terms and conditions shown to me saying I was signing up for a "subscription" where I get nothing for $170. When I called and complained the woman on the phone refused to refund my money, and then eventually called me back, and offered a 75% refund. The company is a scam.
