I cannot say enough positive things about this companyI had been having problems with plumbing since the middle of April; having had the tank pumped (did need it, but not the problem) when water and sewerage still backed up in my tub and no woilets working, and unable to turn water on in house anywhere they (the first company) decided it had a blockage and would need to be jetted and additional $175.00; did this and everything drainedEleven days later backed up again, after calling first company and leaving message with secretary (she did not give to owner) I called two other companies who responded but admitted they did not know what to doFinally someone recommended this company and I contacted them late afternoon on Thursday, May 12thThe young lady told me she could not send anyone until the next morning (find with me what is another day, right?) Sure enough 9:am Linden and another young man rung the door bellAnticipating the worse he estimated $to find and repair the problem(s) Called me out later
showed me what they found, pipe just before entry to septic tank was broken, said it was not as bad as they expected, no roods or excessive digging so charge would be lessHad everything completed including coming into the house and plunging the tub so it would drainTo sum up; professional, courteous and above all HONEST!! Thanks so muchYou restored my faith in good people
