We hooked up the plumbing on Mr***'s jacuzzi tubOne week after we finished the plumbing (not installation of jacuzzi), *** called Tropical and said he had a crack on the inside of
his tubWe asked why he didn't call us earlier and he said he didn't have the timeWe went to see the tub and the crack was on the inside of the tub where no work was performedWe told him this had nothing to do with the plumbing of the tub and we were in no way responsible for the crack in his tub

***, I just tried to open that email you sent, but I still do not see where they are willing to reimburse me for this expensethe format that Revdex.com uses and the fact I use an apple computer may be causing it so I cannot see that informationbut anyway, based on what you told me verbally that they will pay back this expense to me, then I would accept thatits just that I cannot see that in the email you sentAll I can see is that they are blaming me for doing the required step of putting the screws in the flange that they were supposed to have done, by saying it caused the crack in the tubokay, let me know if you need anything more from mesincerely, ***

Our work order with Mr*** *** was to demo the old tub, set in place new Jacuzzi tub, which the owner was to install and do tile work around tub on walls and floorWe plumbed the tub, finished and were paid in fullEight days after we left the job, Mr*** *** called and said we cracked his tubI asked, "Why didn't you call us earlier, we have been off the job for eight days?" He said that he was too busyI know if someone cracked my new Jacuzzi tub, I would make time to callI feel Tropical Plumbing & Walk in Bath Tub, LLC is not liable for his problem
