Mrs. [redacted] signed up for a package of her favorite magazines with Tropical Readers on September 15th, 2015. Mrs. [redacted]'s security code for her account with Tropical Readers is 0806. Mrs. [redacted] set up the payments...

to process through her Chase Bank account on the 15th of the month. The payments did not process on the 15th of the month nor could Tropical Readers reach Mrs. [redacted] on her payments and satisfaction with the magazines. Tropical Readers mailed Mrs. [redacted] a notice of her payments that are scheduled for the 15th of each month. The notice went over her account information; including payments made, past due balance, total amount owed, and our company information to reach us if Mrs. [redacted] had any questions on her account. After further review on this matter, Tropical Readers has closed Mrs. [redacted]'s account. The payments have been cancelled/waived and Tropical Readers will not be sending any magazines to Mrs. [redacted]'s address. Mrs. [redacted] will also be placed on our company's do not call list. I hope this solves any questions or concerns on Mrs. [redacted]'s account. If there are ever any questions or concerns, please feel free to call Tropical Readers.
