They are professional, courteous, ethical, and responsive. The [redacted] helped me view the property and contacted me to follow up to ensure the necessary documents were filed accordingly. They were very responsive to my needs and it was very appreciated. [redacted] helped me with prompt maintenance of the property to ensure minor details were repaired. I am overall very impressed with their commitment to ethical practices (first deposit down is first in line to get the house whereas some companies could just keep charging and cherry pick to boost fees). If I were buying or selling a house, I'd love to work with them again, based on the positive rental experience.
