Tropical Roofscapes is by far the worst contractor I have ever dealt with Their work was so bad I had to throw them off my job BEFORE he completed the work
They didn't follow the building code, put roof tiles over rotten wood, covered bathroom vents with roofing material and destroyed my entire property I hired an expert to review their work, I was told the entire roof needs to be replaced - basically ALL the work they did was bad and had to be removed I paid them in accordance with the contract and constantly got the run around Trust me - Please DO NOT hire this rooferThey are really bad people
Tropical came to our home last year to repair a leak, which they claimed to have found the source of the problem immediately. They did their work and were paid in full. Unfortunately, where they thought the problem was did not turn out to be the source of our leak. To their credit, they returned, solved the problem by replacing a rotted piece of plywood (which they should have seen if they had looked more intensely the first time) and we ended up satisfied. There was no further charges and we were pleased with their professional attitude by coming back and doing the job properly.
I used this roofing service based on a recommendation from a trusted friend. I was looking to not only have my three valley's replaced with correct material and workmanship, but to build a relationship with a roofer that can be trusted.
The quality of the work, the professionalism and honesty was excellent. The price was the fairest I found. Since then I have recommended this roofer to three other times with similar results.
