My wife and I recently purchased a trike 150cc scooter and would like to post some news about our purchaseWhen we took delivery of it we were told to drive it around a bumpy parking lot which we didIt felt really bad but I thought it was the parking lotWell I was wrong, it had a really bad shake, it turned out to be a bent hub? So we take it back the next day to Andrew and he indeed agreed it had a bent hubHe took care of it and I was on my way homeMy wife took it for a ride that night and it started clunking real loudShe called me and I came and picked it up to take it back to the shop again, also she noticed led lights out on the headlights therefore making it hard to see the road at nightI took it back to Andrew again and he took it in and checked out those issuesHe told me it was a tight chain and needed to be driven moreThe lights will be taken care of at a later date through ice bearNow there was no warranty whatsoever on the bike itself and he Andrew told me he would take care of any issues we have with it the first month or soI am happy to write this about that establishmentHowever I have no faith in their service dept for not getting the bike road worthy the first time, and I am upset with myself for not inspecting the bike better before taking delivery of itPlease do your homework and check over everything and even test drive it on the roadway before purchasing something of that valueI would recommend buying from ANDREW, but learn how to service it yourselfThank you [redacted] ***

Well I was wrong, it had a really bad shake, it turned out to be a bent hub? So we take it back the next day to Andrew and he indeed agreed it had a bent hub. He took care of it and I was on my way home. My wife took it for a ride that night and it started clunking real loud. She called me and I came and picked it up to take it back to the shop again, also she noticed 4 led lights out on the headlights therefore making it hard to see the road at night. I took it back to Andrew again and he took it in and checked out those issues. He told me it was a tight chain and needed to be driven more. The lights will be taken care of at a later date through ice bear. Now there was no warranty whatsoever on the bike itself and he Andrew told me he would take care of any issues we have with it the first month or so. I am happy to write this about that establishment. However I have no faith in their service dept for not getting the bike road worthy the first time, and I am upset with myself for not inspecting the bike better before taking delivery of it. Please do your homework and check over everything and even test drive it on the roadway before purchasing something of that value.
