Can't Find 400 Adult Diapers
Terrible company. I order 400 Adult Diapers from Walmart to be send to St. Kitts. The Tracking order says receive and singed by Tropical Shipping. I need to return the items to Walmart. USPS went to get the diapers the driver says there was to boxes to be pickup .Tropical shipping can not find the item. Walmart is charging me for something they lost. When you called tropical customer service agents is a run around BS .

Be prepared for delays, poor service and follow up and laundry list of extra charges while they hold you ransom. Stay clear of this company

No one answers phone, now that they have our supplies
On 11/we were in contact with Customer Care at Tropical shipping's location in Riviera Beach, regarding shipment of a 40' shipping container of disaster relief supplies to StThomas Virgin IslandsAfter providing a reservation number, and giving us instruction on where to deliver the supplies, we delivered the shipment of supplies 11/to their location at Dr Martin Luther King Jr BlvdThey said that once they had the supplies, they would provide an invoice by email, so shipping payment could be made in advance, before shipment would take placeNo invoice has been emailed, plus now no phones are being answered, and they have their phone system setup so if you don't enter the digit number of the person you're calling, it hangs upThey have multiple phone numbers, whether you call any location, you enter the same phone tree, with no one answering Am surprised they have an A+ rating with customer service like thisI
