Terrible company. I order 400 Adult Diapers from Walmart to be send to St. Kitts. The Tracking order says receive and singed by Tropical Shipping. I need to return the items to Walmart. USPS went to get the diapers the driver says there was to boxes to be pickup .Tropical shipping can not find the item. Walmart is charging me for something they lost. When you called tropical customer service agents is a run around BS .

Tropical shipping has been delaying my shipment and charging me storage fees in st croixThey delayed in running my card and then ran it weeks later at which time I was not notified and the funds were not there at that timeThus they charged me weeks storageOK I paid itthen it arrives in FloridaI pay *** and *** to get it thru customsthen I contacted *** *** to arrange truckingShe sent me a quote on july which I accepted immediately and returned the reply in emailShe did not respond until aug 9, days laterAt which time I received the charge I paid it aug Then I get a phone message that the fee had gone up dollarsI do not think that it is good business to change fees AFTER the quote was given, agreed to AND PAID, especially since I had agreed to this fee days previously and got no invoice or communication until the 9thI understand that fees may change but the delay by the tropical representative is responsible I feel for the "change" i

On 11/we were in contact with Customer Care at Tropical shipping's location in Riviera Beach, regarding shipment of a 40' shipping container of disaster relief supplies to StThomas Virgin IslandsAfter providing a reservation number, and giving us instruction on where to deliver the supplies, we delivered the shipment of supplies 11/to their location at Dr Martin Luther King Jr BlvdThey said that once they had the supplies, they would provide an invoice by email, so shipping payment could be made in advance, before shipment would take placeNo invoice has been emailed, plus now no phones are being answered, and they have their phone system setup so if you don't enter the digit number of the person you're calling, it hangs upThey have multiple phone numbers, whether you call any location, you enter the same phone tree, with no one answering Am surprised they have an A+ rating with customer service like thisI
