Management sucks and location
Rochester Michigan tropical smoothie socks tried calling headquarters plus I'm not the only person that's wrote a review I've seen reviews the races not just that been in there when the manager talks to other employees like trash. And was in there yesterday. It takes forever you're work ethics. If the labor union came in there for some of the stuff that they have done to others. They could get in trouble. Osha should be brought in. And maybe even the health department

Richmond Motor Sales & Rental Response to Complaint #*** filed by *** *** *** On 01/30/17, Ms*** was provided a rental vehicle #*** *** *** ***, at her repair facility *** *** Collision. As a course of business, we service and recondition every
vehicle before they are provided to a renter. The rental vehicle was delivered to Ms*** after being fully inspected for pre-existing damage. We take photos of every vehicle at the time the rental contract is signed with the renter present. We mark a Walk-Around Sheet with any minor pre-existing damage that the renter acknowledges and signs. There was no significant damage to our rental vehicle when Ms*** took possession of it. Ms*** did sign all paperwork and explained the rental process. A copy of the signed rental agreement is given to the renter to keep in the rental vehicle at all times. A copy of the same is attached for your review. On 03/24/17, Ms*** returned our rental to *** *** Collision and our employee picked it up from there. When our rental agent picked up the vehicle at *** *** Collision on 03/24/17, they identified damage on the return walk-around inspection. A copy of their statement is attached. Upon servicing the vehicle, immediately after the rental was in Ms***’s possession, there was significant undercarriage damage that was not preexisting. We investigated pre-photos and confirmed the damage was not there on 01/30/17. Ms*** had our rental for a total of days and drove over 2,miles during this time. The damage is consistent with the rental vehicle being driven over a road hazard, such as a pothole, speed bump, etc. The damage could have occurred without Ms*** actually recognizing the same. The damage may not have been identified by Ms*** or the manager of *** *** Collision without properly inspecting the vehicle. Our employees are trained to properly inspect the rental vehicles fully, which includes looking under the vehicle, which is why they immediately found the damage that occurred while Ms*** was in possession of our rental vehicle. Ms***, the manager of *** *** Collision, and Ms***’s insurance carrier were all notified of the damage to our rental vehicle in a timely manner. Ms***’s insurance carrier inspected the damage and concluded the extent of the same. Per the attached rental agreement, Ms*** agreed that she is liable for the rental while in her possession and all damages to the rental will be covered under the Liability Coverage of her Personal Insurance Policy. Copies of all paperwork were provided to Ms***’s insurance carrier. If you would like to discuss this further or obtain additional information, please feel free to contact me at your convenience. Thank you in advance for your time and attention. *** * ***, AIC, AINSManagerRichmond Motor Sales & Rental** *** ***

Greetings,I am responding to Revdex.com case# [redacted] that a [redacted] made against Tropical Smoothie Café in Chesterfield. My email communications addressing Mr. [redacted] original complaint are attached (as [redacted] message and Text file). Both myself and the Owner of the café have...

addressed this incident with the Manger, Will. I visited the café and re-educated all crew present on our current promotions and customer service skills (This included the employee and Manger in question). Mr. [redacted] is still welcome to come back in to redeem the free flatbread that I offered him. Mr. [redacted] wrote in to Tropical Smoothie Café Corporate around 3:30pm on Jan 2nd. I responded via email shortly after. Before I responded, I called the Manager, Will, to hear his report of the incident. Not being there at the time, I cannot comment on Will’s testimony. In the 2+ years I have known Will, I have not witnessed or heard of him losing his temper or being rude to a customer. Will has a quiet, matter-of-fact demeanor. Either way, I am so sorry that Mr. [redacted] perceived this differently and still feels wronged. I am not sure what else we can do to resolve this. Please feel free to contact me directly if I can be of further help.
