Tropical Smoothies

Review: The issue that I have been faced with for over 3months is the lack of supplies to be able to serve the customer properly.In January 2014 I was told several times that they did not have product to make this Smoothie that they were advertising in the window, and each time my money was take and then I was told I need to make another choice because they didnt have what they needed to make the Smoothie. In February I was being told the same thing so I thought I would give them a break because of the bad weather in the area, March really no better went in there and couple of times still the same thing no products to make the smoothie that I wanted and was told a truck would be there later . So now we are are in April and today(April 7,2014) I go there and they have no 24oz cups only the 12oz cups and no produce after money was taken I was so upset that I made 4 choices and after 15mins going back and forth I ordered something I didnt like or want and had 3 -12oz cup in tow.Something needs to be done about this poor business handling, Customers do come first, I thought we did!!!{:-(}Desired Settlement: I would like to get a refund and also let the owner know that he/she really needs to know the importants of being able to get what you pay for and not be forced to just take anything.
