tell her I would call her when I am back in town. There was no answer but a message was left. When returning back to town I finally was able to get a hold of her after trying several times. I offered to let her tan for the quoted price but she declined. I had then told her I would give her a full refund even though we don't give refunds on tanning (it is posted). She paid in cash so I left the appropriate amount in an envelope for her to pick up at her convenience. She did pick up her refund. So as you can imagine I am completely shocked that she sent in a complaint. I have had Tropical Tan open for business for 25 1/2 years with NO complaints. I feel we take care of our customers and try very hard to make them happy. Thank you :)
