Review: I'm a client at Tropical Tanning and one day the business up and closes "until further notice". I have tried contacting 2 individuals about getting a refund for my unused minutes and my 2 bottles of lotion stored at their facility.Desired Settlement: Please open and resume business or give me a refund of my unused tanning minutes and my 2 bottles of lotion.

Review: This company allowed my minor daughter to sign a contract for tanning. When I called to notify the owner that my daughter was not old enough to sign the contract the owner, [redacted], began yelling at me that we just want out of the contract. She kept stating that she had been in that business for years and that she lets 17 year old children sign all of the time because it is legal. I kept arguing the point of the illegality of the contract she proceeded to yell over me and I got nowhere. Now she is sending harassing text messages to my daughter telling her that she is going to turn her over to collections.Desired Settlement: We would like her to refund all money spent on that contract to our daughter. We would also like someone from the Revdex.com to address her with the illegal contracts that she is allowing with minors.
