I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution
is satisfactory to me. I finally heard from them over two weeks laterThey said they never had this happen before, but they finally found my money in their accountsIt has just been returned to my account in the past few daysThey also said they are giving me a $gift certificate and a chance to order the items I wanted, which were at a sale price at the time, still at the sale price nowThey were very apologetic.However, I think they need to change the way they communicate with the publicJudging by comments I read on the Web before I contact you, I was not the first person to complain of not having phone calls either answered or returnedThere must be a reason for the way they handle customer serviceAlso, the voice answering the calls was a recording, an Indian woman, suggesting ex-USA outsourcingI don't think this is proper for a company that handles fresh and frozen food deliveries.I also sent e-mails and those were not answered promptly.Thank you for anything you did to speed this alongI really appreciate itAnd maybe you could help them see that they need to change their method of customer service.
