[redacted] sent me one email on 3/since I filed this BB complaintI refuse to speak to herHer comment she is not sure why I filed a complaint is bogus, see the attached string of emails to her and from her as well as the documented phone callsThis is a perfect example of her lack of customer service and giving me the run-aroundAfter several weeks, the item was delivered by the post office and marked contents damaged in shippingI refused the item, unopened, and returned it to the sender, due to their phone call and email responses, and uncaring attitudeYes, the cost of the item has been credited, but not the shipping chargesI should not have to pay for something I never received in good orderTheir response is it is their "policy" not to refund shipping charges on returnsThis was not your everyday returnI should be refunded the shipping charges as wellWhen I asked them to reship item and for them to file claim with USPS (USPS policy only the shipping party can file claims), they refused and further said I had to return item to them first, and they would still charge me another shipping feeRidiculousDone with this companyThey lost my businessI found another in which to spend over $in product

This is a perfect example of her lack of customer service and giving me the run-around. After several weeks, the item was delivered by the post office and marked contents damaged in shipping. I refused the item, unopened, and returned it to the sender, due to their phone call and email responses, and uncaring attitude. Yes, the cost of the item has been credited, but not the shipping charges. I should not have to pay for something I never received in good order.
