Here is a picture of a car parked legally in the same corner without taking parking spacesAs you can see the parking strips are clearly visible.Although we’re not require to announce, we always do announced before we call the towing company (it only takes minutes and takes off a lot of hassle).I was up and down on the roof, but we also had two attendants working at the store that morning which I was directing them.Sincerely,

September 22, 2014To whom it may concern:Morning of September 8, was a very busy day at our storeWhile we were trying to help customers find a parking space, we noticed a car that was taking two parking spaces as it is shoving on the enclosed photoThis car had a handy cap permit
hanging from its rearview mirror and our handy cap parking space was full vacant at the timeWe announced the model, made and the color of the car in our Laundromat a few times, including going one by one to each customer asking if such car was theirs before we called a tow truck.Just when the tow truck pulled in **and *** indicated that the car was theirs!!! And the tow truck driver left without charging anyone any feesPlease keep in mine that we were loosing two car spaces (customers) because no one could park at the handicap parking except for the permit holders.As far as posting signs about "parked your car between mark lines" I thoughtthat was a mandatory exam we were giving by an MVA officer to earn our driver's licenses.Sincerely

This is my last reponse to this complaint.  The picture he is showing is not the situation at the time of the complaint. The parking lines has
 been changed to fit that car neatly  into that space. No announcement was made by him or his attendants. 
This man is not truthful and should not be operating a business.

I am rejecting this response because:The owner is not truthful in his response to this  complaint.
On the day of this incident, he was getting the roof repair on his establishment and was not help people with parking because one of the repairmen was parked directly oppose us in a customer parking space.
He did not announce any car parked in the space in question.
(Make, model, or color). If we were not standing outside and seeing the tow truck getting ready to haul our car away, it would have been gone.As you can see in the picture of our car, no other car can park there because there is no visible sign that there are two spaces. You can not paint line narrow lines to get as many customers as you can.This man should not be in business because because of his dishonest attitude.
