My complaint involves the practices at this establishment by a one woman manager who has the practice of overcharging and running customers credit and debit cards at a higher amount than what's actually supposed to be paid and than lying about itAs an example I was to pay only $But she puts extras on the amount and charges me and possibly others $This $in my opinion is theft no matter how small the dollar amountThis theft emphasizes the unprofessionalism of this hotel and is hardly a five star establishmentI am deeply concerned that others may be taken advantage of the same wayIf this place wants to charge $than advertise $And than charge $But instead they advertise $and when you get there the lady will charge you and run credit and debit cards higher to steal moneyShe also won't tell you how much she is charging until AFTER she runs your card through her terminal

Review: I booked through [redacted] for the Tropicana Motel in Wildwood, NJ, from the looks of the pictures Lounge chairs outside on top of the balcony; I thought there was a pool on the premises. After booking I called the Tropicana to ask how deep their pool is, and then they told me. THEY DO NOT HAVE A POOL! I immediately asked for a refund, and they stated, NO REFUND. I understand that, but they have FAULT advertisement on their webpage. They then stated we could use the pool for another motel, which is not convenient for my family and I, because I have an infant and toddler. I called back later when a manager was available, and he also stated NO REFUND. I told him how much of an inconvenience it was to travel from Motel to Motel with an 8 month and toddler, and he basically said who cares. NO REFUND They totally gave false advertisement, and I would of NEVER booked though them if I knew they did not have a pool. ! I would like my money back or a partial refund for the inconvenience.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back, or a particial refund for the inconvenience. I paid $236. for two nights with no pool an infant and a toddler. :(
