Customers account of what happened was pretty much on point. The server that was taking care of [redacted] had a medical emergency and had to leave several customers and rush... home. [redacted] and her group were not picked up by another server which obviously was not fair to the customer. Our goal at Tropix is to give the customer the best possible experience when visiting our venue. I will be sending [redacted] her money back as she has requested.

Review: The [redacted] completely forgot about our order because there was an "emergency" in one of his staff workers (However, one of his staff told us that our waitress's shift had ended so we knew he completely lied to us). While we're cognizant that things happen in life and repeated our order, they gave us the wrong food and drinks. We waited for more than hour sitting down, not doing anything. Informing him (the [redacted]) of our incorrect food/drinks, he yelled and verbally attacked us, saying that we weren't understanding and people are allowed to make mistakes. He was very nasty and unprofessional, defiant, and continued to verbally attacked us despite solely informing him of how we had been treated. He refused to listen to our feedback/comment and made comments that were hurtful and unpleasant. He was unapologetic, unashamed, and was not concerned about his customers in any way.Desired Settlement: Due to how poorly and below par we were treated, I am asking for a complete refund. No customers should ever go through what we went through with this [redacted]. It should not be tolerated. It was completely unacceptable and uncalled for. He needs to go to workshops/trainings on how to deal effectively with customers/clients/people, in general.
